What we do not do

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not build advertising profiles. There is no third-party analytics or tracking in this service.

Who else sees it

Only the processors needed to run the service: our hosting provider, our email delivery provider, and — where you have enabled them — a support chat provider and a push notification provider. Each processes data on our instructions only. We will disclose data where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account is active, and afterwards only as long as needed to meet legal, tax or accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your account and its records at any time.

Security

Access is limited to the people in your company who need it. Uploaded documents are stored privately and are not reachable by public URL — every download is checked against the requesting user's company first. See our security page.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, to object to processing, and to complain to a supervisory authority. Write to [privacy email] and we will respond within the period the law requires.

International transfers

Your data is hosted in [region]. Where data is transferred across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards.

Children

This is a service for businesses. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their data.
